    I received a order confirmation today after I put in a online order last night and on the bottom of the email it said

    ITEM NO PRODUCT DESCRIPTION PRICE QTY TOTAL SCHEDULE DATE

    does anyone know what the scheduled date means? is it shipping date? or begin building date?

    yep.
    its had the 2.53Ghz T9400,4gb ddr3, 15.4 SXGA+. 160gb 7200RPM, all the webcam/fingerprint thing/bluetooth/ intel 5300 wireless n crap. was like 2050 or something without the coupon than 1804 or so with it.

    I ordered on the 20th, just got 2 of the exact same email saying my schedule date was the 21st, I'd love if that was the shipping date, but likely the start building date.

    I ordered last night, got 2 mails as well saying scheduled date is 25th. I did a convo online with their rep they said its estimated shipping time and building begins immediately after credit card was verified.

    how do i talk to an online rep? their phone is closed for the weekend? if mine shipped yesterday it should arrive soon, but i got it mailed to school where no one is because it said 2-3 weeks. what to do?

    if mine shipped yesterday, it should arrive soon. but i got it shipped to my school address where no one is because it said 2-3 weeks. the call centre's closed for the weekend, what's this online thing, i can't find it. i hope it hasn't shipped yet.

    I don't think it is shipment date.

    I ordered on Aug 20th, got an email today and it said scheduled date is Aug 21. I think the email is to confirm that your credit card authorized the purchase and they started building your machine.

    that's what I suspect but I sure hope its a shipping date xD, the customer rep guy said the order is already being processed but I got no idea what that means.
