Lenovo SL500, can you switch between integrated and dedicated graphics on it?

    no you cannot

I do not believe you can switch between the 9300M GS and a 4500MHD

If you are talking about upgrading a graphics card, you cannot do that.

If you are asking about the switchable graphics cards in some Lenovo laptops, unless that is a feature specified on the website and you bought into the option, then you cannot do that either.
