    r52 processer replacement ... any options?

    i was just wondering, down the road if i ever want to replace the processor on a r52 that has a pentium m 750 what my options would be.

    Pentium M 760, assuming you want something better. Core Duos and Core 2 Duos use a different chipset and pin layout.

    You should check if your CPU is soldered onto your motherboard, as many laptops are these days.

    Not really. Download and run a utility called CPU-Z...any version will do. If it says mPGA in the socket type, then you can upgrade. If it says mBGA then you have a CPU soldered on and you cannot do anything.
