I'm new to the site. Many thanks for help. I have two lenovo laptops in my business + two desktops, all with thinkvantage recovery partitions on hard drive. How do I reimage the recovery drive in windows 7 as each computer is loaded (from the factory) with windows xp?

The only reason that you have to re-image is that if the resulting partitions are of a different size or different concept intellectually. If they are the same sizes that's great. I don't know how diskpar and copying handles different sized partitions. This comes important during the copying portion of the operation. It all depends on whether that copying software is "bright" or not.
