I think I recall reading that Lenovo was doing serious censorship of their forums. There was an issue with the TDP of the intel graphics in the T400 and one user complained that three threads about it were consistently shut down.

Before you bash me for these statements, PLEASE remember that I *think* I recall. I may be wrong.

There's a link to that posting on the thinkpads forum, I checked it yesterday and was still there.

I think the answer is yes but they changed the base model to include the firmer keyboard.

I can't think why you couldn't find it. It's been stickied in the General Discussions board for weeks.

That's just silly. If there were threads shut down, it was because they were either 1) a violation of the rules or 2) duplicates of existing threads and merged.

Is this the thread you're referring to in your example above?

    Looks pretty active to me.

We split the T series board into two new boards last week at the same time that we created the Beta OS board for Windows 7 discussions. Links in old e-mail messages will be invalid, and apparently e-mail subscriptions got re-set. For the part about having to resubscribe to the thread, I apologize, but the existing thread was getting unwieldy. Splitting it was necessary.

However, the thread is still there and has never been deleted. What happens when you click on the link in my message above?
