I'd like to return my machine and it is within the 30-day period. I have opened the packages, lightly used the machine. I am not sure I understand their return policy. Is it still returnable?

I figured I'd ask here before calling.

    Thanks.

If you're in canada it is refundable.
If you are in the US, there is a restocking fee for using it.
If you bought it under the employee program, it is not returnable.

    Is that the official line?

The return policy doesn't differentiate between the US and Canada.
It just says "the new Product, including all documentation and accessories, intact and in its unopened original packaging."

It seems they changed the policy. I have a hard copy that says
"within 30 days of the date of invoice", and now it is 21 days.
