Will that allow me to extend the sale a couple days, so long as I have everything configured exactly the way I want it?

No, you will need to check out, and proceed to the page where you enter in your credit card info. There, there should be a button to convert to quote (you won't need to enter in your credit card info). Only then is your order, in that exact same configuration, preserved for 21 days.

Ooo... 21 days, cool! That should be enough to get to the Christmas sale. Thanks for the quick reply!

    Good intel here! Thanks MidnightSun!

I have a question though, I have saved the quote, I wonder if Lenovo will honor the USPBLKFRIDAY coupon? I mean, I configured a T400, pretty basic FWIW, and the price after tax is $760, I'm planning (if nothing better arises) to buy the T400 in a couple of weeks (max 2 weeks from now).

Oh, and with the qoute #, do I need to call a Lenovo sales rep to place the order? or what would be the procedure to order the laptop?

    Thanks.

I just tried this with a t400s. At the bottom of the quote they emailed me it says, "Ecoupons are not valid past their expiration date."

    Yep, that's correct.

I guess I'll have to wait for the next big discount.

I'm glad I went ahead and bought mine last night. Sorry it didn't work out for you guys, but last year they had a 25% sale at Christmas, so maybe it will work out better.

I just couldn't wait because I'm giving my X61s as a gift to someone who's been eying it, and I want them to have it for a trip they're taking halfway through December.

There will be a 20% off coupon that's active tomorrow, USPSAVE20T, and I can pretty much assure you that's the best % off coupon that'll be available this month for the T series.

Well, considering it's the last day of the month tomorrow...

Was that tongue in cheek, or do you mean December?

20% off sound good to me.

I guess I'll pull the trigger on this one.

I've been waiting for the Cyber-Monday coupon for 20%. Can anyone tell me if Lenovo releases the 25% every Christmas season?

I would like to know whether if I saved the price as a "convert to quote" Is it valid for a period of 30 days from the date I saved the quote ? It mentions so in the footnote of the quote. Also I believe the ecoupons applied while saving the cart would be valid for a period of 30 days as if you press this link on the
convert to quote page you would be directed to a page where you can place an order for the price you had saved in your quote irrespective of whether the ecoupons are there or not.
