    second hdd not turning on after sleep

    I have the T440p and an hdd in ultrabay. When the computer wakes up from sleep the drive doesn't, I have to restart to make it work. What am I missing?

    Maybe a problem with adapter compatibility? Is it genuine Lenovo or aftermarket? If it's Lenovo, I'd possibly RMA it. You might check the device manager settings for it to confirm.

    did you update all the chip drivers and ensure the Intel RST drivers are installed?

    How do I know that? Device Manager has no errors.
