    hey guys.... what do you think of the sound volume of the t61p? i heard its fairly soft compared to the sony sz, for example....

    I think the speakers on the t61p are pretty good. If you want the best sound though you will need to use external speakers or headphones.

    Like Tim said, it's always better to use headphones/external speakers. Notebooks speakers are not really for high quality/powerful sound.
