    sticky on optimized system?

    seems like all the other manufacturer-subgroups have a sticky with ways to maximize performance & reduce boot up time. either am i not looking hard enough for the IBM/T43 sticky or it doesn't exist. can we put one together?

    most tweaks aren't specific to a particular notebook model and since IBM/Lenovo doesn't install a ton of annoyware like a Dell and others do there's not as much reason to wipe out the hard drive and reinstall the OS and all the drivers, I actually don't recommend it like I would for an Inspiron.

    I removed some of the stuff that were activated during startup, but most of it, like the APS, and the Ultranav TSR and the keyboard customizer I actually want to keep there...
