    yea.. i have no idea what im doing on Vista. To go without explaining myself, how do i check the hard drive RPM on Vista?

    Err, how would you on XP?!
    I guess I'd look at the Device Manager, get the device name there, and google for it. Mine says ST910021AS. . . which google reports back is a Seagate 7200 RPM drive.
