    Tho it might run sluggish, it will run nonetheless.

    what do you think should i stay with xp or run vista? i your opinion

    You can run Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor to see. As above, I would say to stick with XP. I ran the Advisor on my X41 with 1.5 GB and it said it would run fine EXCEPT for video card problems which would restrict Vista to the Basic Home version ONLY. So I'm sticking with XP.
