    t400 skin or snap on case?

    does anyone make a t400 skin or snap on case, preferably in pink. getting a t420 for christmas and giving my girlfriend my t400 but she thinks its ugly because it is black. i see that they make keyboard skins but I would think that they would ruin the feel of the thinkpad keyboard which is a strong selling point of the thinkpad imo.

    Haven't seen a snap on case or skin for the T400. You probably can get stickers.

    A snap on case is prob. out of the question, I've never seen one for the T series anywhere. A skin could be easily done, there are lots of generic sizes that could be cut/fit with clean edges. A google search shows lots of results for T400 skins though, but you'll probably have to place a customized order if they don't have solid pink.

    I remember a guy on the cosmetic forum doing a faux leather wrap on his laptop. He used spray on adhesive on his laptop and did a marvelous job on it.

    i saw all the skins but none were straight pink, maybe ill have to message them about making me a custom skin.

    snap on cases are the best, had one for my macbook before i got rid of it.

    If you go to http://www.skinit.com you can customize a skin for the lid of the laptop. I did that for my thinkpad t400 with Mara Jade holding her lightsaber as the picture.
