i have a t410. it was working normally. i removed the keyboard for a reason, then place it again. After that, i powered on and black screen appeared with a small lock icon upper left, requesting password. as far as searching on google, it should be bios password. i cannot enter bios as well.

i removed the keyboard again to remove the bios battery, removed it, waited for a while and place everything. i powered on the computer but it is the same.

1- why it doesnt appear before keyboard removal and started to appear after that?
2- how can i handle that?

    thanks...

I'm sorry, but we do not allow discussion of password workarounds here. While your case may be perfectly legit, we have no way of knowing. The prescribed solution for the supervisor password is a board replacement.
