    hello, i have installed 2x kingston hyperx impact 4GB 1600mhz modules, but it won't work at that speed i think. i have seen here http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/t520-16gb-ram-upgrade-questions.649324/ that john ratsey have 6gb ram, but dram freq is 797.4mhz(x2). is it working right?

    ok, i have fixed it on my own. bios 1.39 or newer have limitation to 1333mhz so i downgraded to 1.37

    What are changing these modifications? Specially advanced menu sound nice to me. It is something like extended bios options?
    Can you provide me some links to pages where did you get that? I am new to bios customizations

    It's your build? Thanks :) are there any bugs? + i am not going to pay for bios..

    I am happy that somebody does this job, but 20eur for old thinkpad bios is too much..
