    t440s manufacturing delays

    I got my t440s in january and returned it for a replacement and have been waiting for my replacement for over a month.
    I ordered it from lenovos homepage (digital river) and they are doing a very poor job informing about the delays and what is actually going on. I've called multiple times and they say they have escalated the inquiry to the highest authority but I never get a reply or a callback with any good information.
    Today I called again and was told that there is a manufacturing delay for the t440s and they have no idea how long it will take for them to ship my unit.

    Calling my experience with lenovo a bad one does not even begin to describe it and if only there were a valid alternative for the t440s I'd jump ship right away.
