    t60 wont start new help

    I bought a new or say they new laptop from ebay vender and twice Ive sent it back..it won't start. The vendoer took the battery out and then plugged it in and it booted.I tried battery out and every combination and it wont start. Ive returned once and Im wondering are their nay issues with these machines refusing to start. The drive activity light comes on for a minute and then stops and the screen never comes on...any ideas....have I been had the machine is under Lenovo warranty but I dont wnat to play the back and forth game....Help.
