    t61 sound problem

    Everything was working great, then today, no sound. Nada. Nothing's muted. All devices say they're working properly. Restart doesn't fix the problem.

    ?????

    Anyone know what I can do?

    XP SP3, t9300 chipset, 3GB RAM

    I actually do get sound from the headphone jack, just not from the built-in speakers.

    Yes, I reinstalled the sound drivers.

    Okay, now it spontaneously started working again.

    Nice that it works, but I hate it when stuff like this happens. Can anyone explain?
