You must have the integrated webcam? Here is the portion from my guide to properly install it:

PROPER WAY TO INSTALL INTEGRATED WEBCAM:
    1. Open up Start Menu.
    2. Right Click My Computer.
    3. Click Hardware Tab.
    4. Click Device Manager.
    5. Expand the Imaging Devices section.
    6. Right-Click USB Video Device
    7. Uninstall the Driver.
    8. Install the Windows XP Update Module Q909667
    9. Restart
    10. Now install the Integrated Webcam Driver you downloaded.
