Hey, I realize the only difference is the VRAM. How big of a difference would the 128mb cause in terms of performance?

The 14.1 inch is smaller, more battery etc so I am leaning towards that over the 15.4 inch; however, if the video performance is exceeding better in the 15.4 one, I might change my mind.

Are there any benchmark comparing the 2?

    Thanks

It's bigger than it seems on the outside. The memory bus on the 14.1" model is halved, from 128-bit to 64-bit, so that cripples the potential of the chip. It's still going to do well on a lot of games, just not as well as it could have.

As for benchmarks, you could always check Kevin's review of the model here on NBR and compare it to a T61p's scores.
