    The 6-cell doesn't stick out of the 15". Only the 9-cell does.

    Really? I've seen pictures of either the t61 or t61p (can't remember) but they were sticking out. Are you sure the 15" t61p won't stick out? If it's flush, I'll defenatly get it. Can someone confirm this?

    All of Lenovo's default battery configuration sits flush while the upgrades tend to stick out. 6-cell is the default option for the 15" while 9-cell is the one that sticks out. I don't even think there is a 4-cell for the 15".

    okay, if I use the 6 cell, and i'm playing a small game or watching a dvd, how long will it last? My last 2 laptops got less than 2 hours.

    Since you have the most powerful graphics card Lenovo offers, I'd say maybe 2.5-3hrs. Possibly more if you tweak your power settings.

    From what I have heard, it will last for one entire 3 hour movie.

    Also the 9 cell sticks out by about an inch.
