    t61p connection to Hdtv

    I connected my t61p via advanced dock to my hdtv. I have the dvi to hdmi cable. I purchased the 2.5mm with red/white plugs for the sound and have them connected to input 5 which is the same that the hdmi to dvi is connected.

    I cannot get the sound to go to the tv. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong?

    could be your tv is looking for audio via hdmi. check to see if you can change the audio source
