    Hello,

I had this problem also when i downgraded a T61 with the 3945abg card,

You need to activate the wirelless (set to Yes and not just blank) in the Bios under the Network menu.

After Windows will find the new device and will ask you to install the drivers.

I have experience here but I am not sure I understand your problem.

    What is an "SO"?

What behavior are you expecting and what behavior are you seeing. The more specific you can be, the more helpful it will be.

"I have tried install the drivers but this doesn´t work? "

How does it fail? Also where did you install the card? I hope in the PCI express slot near the rear of the machine?
