Hi! I tried registering my Amex Blue for Students (which was confirmed by a tailormade customer serivce rep to work) for the Tailormade program, and they wouldn't let me register. I proceed to call Tailormade, and they say I can only register if I've received an email.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or know how to avert it?

(it's really odd...my costco amex was registered fine, although customer service reps say it shouldnt; my blue won't register, although it's supposed to)

    thanks~

I have a blue but got it directly from AMEX and it works fine , try to sign in to your account and send them an e-mail ( contact us) and see what would be their reply , they are very quick replying back to you

Why not just use the Costco card then?

OK, I got the blue card. Then signed up for tailormade.

I ordered my 61p last week and used the bill me later method.

Now, how do I get the 10% tailor made back? Do I just pay the bill with Amex or is there something else I need to do?

Good idea, but when I logged into my amex acct, and went to 'Contact Us' it only showed a boatload of telephone #'s and not a single email addy. Then I went to 'Customer Services' and still no go :(

    WTH?

PS: What is the current TailorMade promo offered w/@ Lenovo (if any)? I'd like to be enrolled in advance for hopefully the next go-around, TIA :)
