Never had a Lenovo product have an issue or if it did, it is way out of warranty. IBM is great as an ASP...we just ship to IBM service center in North Carolina, they fix it and ship it back lol.

I've owned both a T61 and a X220 and unfortunately, both have required repairs.

I live in Toronto, Canada, and have found Lenovo authorized repair facilities to be excellent.

I phoned them asking for a keyboard replacement because mine felt squishy on a new T500 and sent me out a different version which was much more rigid the very next day. I can't fault that. Other than that I have not needed support from them but in my limited experience they are good.

What problem, and how did they make good?
All companies has technical issues, how did Lenovo handle it that made it so nice?

I think they have great people but sometimes the repairs don't stick my t410s had the wifi card replaced only to have it go bad again.
    It keeps dropping connections.
