    i didn't find a clear answer it all says centrino2 duo is that quad or not?

    There is one Quad CPU planned, but at 45W it'll be one warm laptop. It also may not be released untill later on too.

    how many MB cache does the new Txxx or Wxxx has ?

    Cache levels are listed above. They will use the T and/or P processors. Cache levels don't really matter though. You won't notice a difference in performance.
