I'm looking for a replacement laptop for my boss

we have the x1 carbon 3rd gen and she says the battery life is terrible so now she's looking at the 4th gen carbon and I'm afraid it won't be any better!

Are there any thin and light lenovo laptops on the market with good battery life and/or replaceable batteries?

    huge thanks in advance.
