t23 Win 2K pro. (don't laugh, it is a good spare laptop)

i was trying to install a lynksys wireless PC card...the installation seemed to go ok (i.e., no error messages flashed). at the end it tells me that some file is missing and reload. when i try to reload it say the program is already loaded and when i try to remove it, it says "can't find some "un-install" file so cannot remove the program. for now i got around by loading/installing a wireless USB device to go on the net.

is there a way to install the program without going through the registry line-by-line? thanks .
add; or un-install the existing bad install?

You might be better off posting this in the Linksys forum if they have any.
