    hi all,
    just quick help required.
    my sis got this laptop for her university.
    she is not able to load and run any programs.she cant run even teamviewer or norton removal tool.
    i am new to thinkpads.what you suggest,
    whenever she tried to run any program,she gets thisprogram may hamr your computer and it vanishes.
    i checked her user account control over video call,its on default.
    what do i do?

    Okay she probably has a virus. Your best bet is to go into Safe Mode with Networking and try running Malwarebytes and try to clean off the infection.

    Sorry to bump old topic but lenovo tech restored her laptop and that completed the issue.
    It's running excellent.
