    thinkpad t400 beep beep error

    i have thinkpad t400, my problem is:
    when I resume my vista from sleep==> i restar my laptop===> when the screen is blank there have beep sound (beep , beep beep beep, beep beep beep), and can't load windows,on the site of lenovo, they say the system board or dim have error, i test all my system (ram,systemboard,video card,...) by pc doctor and there are no error
    can somebody fix it, please help me
