    if you have your lid closed and you put pressure on the top..youll get a nice pattern on your LCD when you open it up..nice

    Do you mean the mouse nub?

    If so - switch to the cloth one and don't use it (or remove it) and you won't have this problem. The imprint from the mouse nub is due to oils from your hand transferring from the nub to the screen.

    If you’re talking about your track pad, I don't see how that could happen being that it is recessed from the palm rest.

    I see the red ultranav button imprint on my LCD too. It's kind of annoying
