    trying to edit my order

    Last friday I called to change my order to a 60 gb hd to avoid the large backorder and recieve my notebook sooner for college. Well during the week i have called 2 more itmes and emailed cutomer service. The lady I talked to on Friday apparently did nothing about my order. The scond guy did put in the claim to change it, but said its waiting on the assembly devision or something. Every day I call they say it should be done that day, yet it is not. WHould I be better off just placing a new order?

    IS there any other brand of notebook that have the same quality as the thinkpads at a similar cost? Id prefer a docking station too.
