Hi, I saw a T-41 Thinkpad for $1299, is that a good deal?

I got my T41 back in October for $1100 on ebay. It is mostly the same except it came with DVD-ROM, 256MB memory or wireless, but I had a card. No bag either.
I know things, things that could get me killed
