i have a little idea i wanna run by some people and see if they think it will work.. the thinkpad z61t comes with 1 pci express slot.. it is currently filled with a wireless card and therefore occupied.. nvidia has come out with the geforce go graphic cards which work in a pci express slot.. so if i was to take out the wireless card and use a different type of wireless card, one not inside the laptop, would it be possible to put one of the geforce go graphic card in its place?

Nope. You're stuck with what you've got.

No, but you could look into an external graphics card, i.e. the Asus XG Station.
