    Hello, I just reinstall a different OS for my v100 and I can not find the fingerprint reader software from lenovo site :confused: . can anybody help me and show me the link for it

    thanks for the help. I did get that driver already but how do I get the fingerprint software to work. Can't seem to find it

    Click on the gold "Key" in the task bar and go from there. The software is called OmniPass.

    thanks for the info, unfortunately I did not make a backup of the software when I reinstall my new OS. Do you know where I can get the omnipass software?

    Unfortunately I do not. The software is part of the recovery software on the hidden partition or the recovery CD's, but since you don't have these you might be out of luck. The only way to get that software back would be to restore the computer back to the factory image.

    You could go here http://www.softexinc.com./ since they are the creators of the OmniPass software. However, you will have to pay for the software. You could install the trial version to see if it meets your needs and then purchase it if it does.
