Assuming you plan on paying with your visa, its 50 bucks cheaper, give or take. Just google "visa lenovo" and go from there.

that's interesting. i got this link when i google "visa lenovo".
the first two thinkpad offers there were 20% or more. One showed "Valid from 05/01/2007 to 10/31/2007" and the other "Valid from 09/01/2007 to 02/29/2008"...
Are the prices I'm looking at going to go up tomorrow? or are these discounts completely irrespective of the labor day sale?
EDIT - what's weird is that the links from visa's website ( http://www.lenovo.com/shop/deals/visa) were sending me to the National Association of Realtors offer when you click "redeem offer". That was using Firefox. So, I popped open IE and went to the student discount page. Then when I followed the same links from visa's site (redeem offer), this time I went to the education discount. It makes no sense to me... their site is messed up. -
the visa discount combined with the labor day discount through those 20% off links is what i meant, not sure if u can still use it though

Can't get it to work
visa discount is better than labor day sale
