Does anyone know if the visasavingsforbusiness.ca discount is the same or better than visaperks.ca?

I have requested a Visa Savings for Business card but I'll just use visaperks if the discount is the same.

I'm looking to order one of these two models:
    a) a 14.1" T61 766416U ($1,399CAD with VisaPerks - 10% off)
    b) a 15.4" T61 646066U ($1,614CAD with VisaPerks - 5% off).

Visaperks site says save up to 30%
Visasavingsforbusiness site says save up to 25%

So visaperks seems to be better based on their own advertising.
