I just upgraded to windows vista business from xp pro last night and among other things (finger reader, thinkvantage etc..) the aero is not working. I used vista help to change some settings but still have no fix. Has anyone else had this problem? My hardware should be more than adequate to run this.

Just a note: Other than the ThinkVantage software, everything else is working just fine. The only other problem I'm seeing is an error message for a "TrueVector" device driver. I did the upgrade and not the clean install and I'm very happy with the fact that all essential functions are running

Have you updated your ATI drivers?

I went to the lenovo website and ran the ATI driver updates from there.

Please excuse me. Aero is working fine. I just had no idea what it was or how to activate the 3D flip function but now I know what's going on.
