My T60 (2613) machine was bought last year and the sticker says "Designed for Microsoft Windows XP." It is missing "Windows Vista Capable." Is my machine excluded from the Vista Upgrade Mail-In Rebate?

    Thanks.

Is it between the October 26 to March 15th period?
