This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     w520 on screen display disappeared

    I did a few updates, but now the on screen display does not work. I have it selected in the desktop settings. any help please?

    Try reinstalling the Hotkey package manually?

    I did without the system fixing the problems.

    Fixed: I managed to fix the problem. i uninstalled the power manager, power manager driver and the hotkey files then reinstalled it all. now everything is working again.
