I just bought an used W530 to replace my T420. I'm still trying to accommodate with the new keyboard and I just noticed that FN-F3 doesn't do what it's supposed to anymore. How do I turn off the screen? :(

Go into Power Manager >Advanced (top right) >Options tab and choose Fn-F3 to turn of display.

that's the first place I looked... unfortunately, the option is missing... when comparing the Power Manager from my T420 with the one from W530, that's the only thing I don't find...

now this is not cool: it seems that the US-layout keyboard differs from the DE-layout in terms of function keys... from what I can find, the US keyboard retains the FN-F3 functionality...
