    I kind of want to return my t400 now that I got it becuase I'm dissapointed with its performance... the display, battery life was all over hyped and its really glitchy... But i know lenovo has a 15% restocking fee.... is there anyway out of this? If i callthem and sound annoyed enough will they let me return for free?

    Yes, why don't you see if you can do a reinstall or clean install, before returning the machine. Seems like most of the problems you mentioned migth be software related. The T400 is a nice machine.

    There must be some person here who has returned a notebook to Lenovo. I'm thinking of purchasing one, but if I don't like it compared to my XPS M1330, I don't want to be paying a 15% re-stocking fee!
