brand new t400, i was talking on skype video today and the family i was chatting with said I my picture looked blurry and had a yellow tinge to it.

I also noticed that the green light on my camera would go off and on sometimes.

are there settings to fix this (if so, what adjustments?) or is it a bad camera?

Same here. The webcam is the worst past of the T400 which I love.
There are no "good" drivers that would improve that.

Are you sure that you took the protective plastic film off the webcam? I've seen people with the same problem realize that was the issue.

Under what lighting conditions are you using your webcam? I've tried various lighting conditions and the camera has adjusted to all of them very well.

When you first power on your camera, try holding a piece of white paper directly in front of it for a few moments. This should auto-adjust the white balance and get rid of some of the yellow tinge.

I find that the camera overcompensates in yellow when there isn't enough light in a room. Making it brighter gets rid of the yellow for me.
