The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    weird display issue...

    Running a z61m with the Intel video chip set, Im running xp sp2 and have run into to two weird display issues....

    1.) When I go to all program and then get a fullscreen list, a few of the entries are highlighted orange the rest are white. Doesn't seem like windows is doing it on purpose.

    2.) Every once in a while I wont be able to scroll down past a certain point while viewing a web page or within word. Rebooting solves the problem
