    Kensington MicroSaver Security Cable Lock from Lenovo
    ThinkPad T500 / R500 15W Privacy Filter
    ThinkPad Serial ATA Hard Drive Bay Adapter II

    they all pretty much do what they are designed to.....

    if you need to lock your computer whlie doing a presentation/in a office, get the lock

    if you dont like other people looking on the screen, or are doing something secret, get the privacy filter

    and lastly, if you need extra storage space, but dont need the cd drive, get the bay adaper (I recomend just getting a external case thou)

    Like pcharouz said, those accessories will be useful if you have a need for them. If you don't, they won't be.

    I disagree about the external enclosure if you need speed on that drive; the bay adapter is very fast. Note that while it will work without a caddy, it seems to work better if you do get a caddy for the drive. I bought one of these and it works very well.
