    I just reformatted my T61 with windows xp pro, and i reinstalled a bunch of drivers, but i still have some question marks in my device manager.
    any idea what these are?

    Don't forget Atmel, also when you go to install XP, make sure you specify SATA drivers before install. There's also an integrated smart card reader.
