    so i got a thinkpad t40 and thinking about upgrading ram +512mb. does it read ddr333 or ddr266? or am i wrong w/ both?

    If you want to check for sure, go to crucial.com and choose your exact model. They will tell you what type it needs, and if higher speeds are compatible.

    @schiesz: oh ya...thanks! i remember i used that for my thinkpad 600. =D

    @synic: thats what i thought too ddr266 but i ask the person who was selling if ddr333 works and he said it would. so bought it.

    It should work, but will downclock to the lower speed.
