Initially when I ordered I was charged right away, now I check back and the charge is removed from my credit. No records either and the shipdate for my laptop is on 7/31/2007. Do they charge at time of shipping? Should I verify with lenovo if my order has been cancelled? Its still up on their website as in production..

    thanks

    You're order's still in.

They get an initial authorization, then release it (probalby just to verify valid account, but they can't hold it for as long as it takes to ship anyways); then actually charge your card when it ships.
