    when is it too late to cancel my order?

    placed the order two days ago and just wondering if i can still cancel it..or if anyone has any success doing so

    Based on my personal experience, generally it takes 1-2 business days for an order cancellation to make its ways thru the corporate channels at Lenovo. So if during that window of time the laptop is ready to ship it will ship regardless. Then you have to wait to receive it then RMA it back to Lenovo.

    do they still charge you the 15%?
