    i want to try to update my bios from v1.05 to 1.07

    where can i find a guide to update the Bios on an X200 (i only have a USB external optical drive)

    reason to update bios is bc CPU-Z is reporting my CPU speed as 6 x 266 when it should be 9 x 266
